Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to lead clinic teams in Newport, TN. The role supports the Program Supervisor, reinforces policies, and helps reach key performance metrics while ensuring patient care standards.

The position involves coordinating staff, onboarding new members, and handling front-office duties such as check-in/check-out, vitals, and sample collection. On-site presence is required during center hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a clinical or office-based setting preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or mental health conditions is advantageous.
• Highschool Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster and uphold Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Support Program Supervisor to achieve KPIs: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, NPS.
• Assist with employee relations and staff interviews; onboard new team members.
• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare schedules and manage timecards for assigned centers.
• Perform front office duties, including check-in/out, vitals, and urine toxicology.
• Coordinate lab submissions and payment reconciliations; handle patient concerns.
