Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to lead and support clinical and administrative teams across multiple centers. You will help manage daily operations, uphold policies, and drive key performance indicators while ensuring a patient-centered approach in outpatient MAT services.

The role emphasizes staff onboarding, scheduling, patient relations, and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on quality care and regulatory compliance within a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program preferred.
• Supervisory experience required or preferred for leadership.
• Experience with individuals who have substance use or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a work environment aligned with Crossroads mission and culture.
• Support and enforce Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Assist Program Supervisor in achieving KPIs: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, NPS.
• Partner with Program Supervisor and HR for employee relations matters.
• Co-lead interviews for open positions and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor team performance, ensure compliance, and assist training.
• Create schedules and approve timecards for centers.
• Perform front office duties including Check-in/out, vitals, and urine screens.
• Ensure labs are completed timely and sent to the proper lab.
• Reconcile payments and manage deposit transport to bank.
• Serve as primary contact for patient concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain patient insurance information and discuss insurance concerns.
• Order and maintain supplies for assigned centers.
• Communicate changes with team and implement promptly.
• Assist with performance evaluations with the Program Supervisor.
• Assess staffing needs and escalate to Program Supervisor.
• Be available onsite during center hours and assist other departments as needed.
