Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to support center operations in Mt. Pleasant, PA.

The role emphasizes supervisory duties, frontline patient care support, and coordination with a Program Supervisor to drive KPIs and ensure policy adherence. The position involves coordinating schedules, managing front desk duties, and assisting with staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with supervisory experience in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use or mental health issues is valued.
• Program Supervisor must meet state-defined licensure, education and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Support and reinforce Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Assist Program Supervisor in achieving KPI: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, and NPS.
• Partner with Program Supervisor on employee relations matters.
• Assist with interviewing for open positions.
• Assist onboarding and acclimation of new team members, including review of policy materials.
• Monitor team performance and compliance, and assist with staff training.
• Create schedules and approve timecards for centers.
• Perform front office duties: check-in/out, vitals and urine toxicology.
• Ensure labs are completed timely and sent to the lab.
• Reconcile payments and transport deposits to bank.
• Be primary contact for patient concerns and escalation to Program Supervisor.
• Maintain patient insurance information and discuss insurance concerns.
• Order and maintain supplies for assigned centers.
• Communicate changes with team and implement timely changes.
• Complete performance evaluations with the assistance of the Program Supervisor.
• Ongoing staffing evaluations and escalation of needs to Program Supervisor.
• Be onsite during center operation hours.
• Assist Support Departments as needed.
