Open Sky Community Services seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, supervise overnight shifts, and assist the Program Coordinator with staffing, program operations, and budget-related tasks.

The role emphasizes documentation, service delivery, transportation, behavioral support, and activities that promote community engagement and personal growth, with opportunities for additional hourly differential in qualifying programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
