Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead and supervise overnight staff while assisting with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks. The role supports individuals served by providing services and supervision alongside direct support staff.

The position emphasizes documentation, program activities, and collaborative care, with a focus on growth, community engagement, and trauma-informed service delivery within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
