Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to support individuals and supervise overnight staff, while assisting the Program Coordinator with staffing, operations, and budget tasks.

You will complete documentation, support transportation, behavioral services, and skill-building activities, and promote community engagement and personal growth for the individuals served.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and activities.
• Promote community engagement and personal growth through activities and social roles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized service and goal plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
