Qualifications

• Two to five years progressive F&B leadership experience in hotel/resort environments.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, inventory control, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support outlet team to ensure organization, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and support operations.
• Organize tools like checklists, seating charts, pars, and central info resources.
• Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, and coverage to meet forecasted business needs.
• Support budget prep, 30/60/90 forecasts, and labor planning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, payroll, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure accurate handling of guest checks and payments.
