Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a guest-focused Food & Beverage leader to support daily outlet operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional guest experiences. You will lead, train, and coach team members, manage staffing and labor costs, and uphold brand standards across high-volume F&B operations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years progressive F&B leadership in hotel/resort or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of beverage selection incl. wine, beer, and liquor; cocktails.
• Proficient in POS software and MS Office.
• Experience in high-volume Food and Beverage operations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service and English communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily F&B operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver friendly, professional service.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, scheduling, and labor costs in line with trends.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation across all offerings.
• Maintain inventory, stock rotation, and orders as directed.
• Support promotions, merchandising, and sales initiatives to drive revenue.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
