Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to drive daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets. You will lead by example on the floor, coach teams, and ensure service excellence and brand standards while balancing labor and financial performance.

You will partner with culinary and hotel departments to deliver a seamless dining experience, maintain safety and quality, and foster a culture of professionalism and hospitality excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education not required but preferred; focus on hospitality operations and guest service.
• Experience leading a restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor management, budgeting, and cost-containment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring service excellence and brand standards.
• Lead on the floor during service, coaching staff for peak performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards across outlets.
• Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, and labor deployment to match demand.
• Support budget management and cost-control initiatives for profitability.
• Monitor payroll, productivity, and guest experience metrics for improvements.
• Oversee guest check handling, payments, and compliance with policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and cross-team communications on initiatives.
• Collaborate with culinary and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Respond to guest feedback and adapt operations for quality improvements.
