Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead daily operations across outlets, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will partner with outlet leadership on staffing, scheduling, training, service execution, and standards to drive performance and profitability.

You will lead by example on the floor, coach team members, and ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, and safety while balancing budget objectives and guest

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• Experience supervising in a restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest experience best practices.
• Understanding of labor management, budgeting, inventory control, and cost-containment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring service and brand standards.
• Lead on the floor with hands-on guidance during service shifts.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards.
• Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, and labor deployment.
• Support budget management, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor payroll, productivity, and operating expenses for profitability.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on service standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
