Qualifications

• Two to five years of progressive F&B leadership experience in hotel/resort or upscale restaurant environments.
• Strong understanding of food safety, inventory control, and staff supervision.
• Experience with beverage selection and high-volume operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support outlet staff to maintain organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with staffing plans, scheduling, and coverage based on forecasted business needs.
• Support budget preparation, forecasts, and labor planning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, payroll, and costs to maximize profitability.
