Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily parking operations at a Manhattan location. You will supervise frontline staff, process deposits, prepare reports, and support the Facility Manager to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school degree and at least six months parking experience, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required; parking experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Supervise frontline staff (cashiers, attendants, maintenance porters) and schedule shifts.
• Prepare month-end reports, audit cashier shift reports, and manage cash deposits.
• Assist in budget preparation and vendor/maintenance coordination.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and resolve issues promptly.
• Support Facility Manager with maintenance tasks and safety compliance.
