Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a diligent team member to assist in daily parking operations at a Houston location. You will help ensure contractual guidelines are followed, support client relations, and promote a professional image of the business.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of parking experience; valid driver’s license and good driving record are necessary. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be needed, with emphasis on customer

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School graduate; a minimum of six months parking experience preferred.
Availability to work: second/third shift and/or weekends may be required.
License: valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
Oral Communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks for clarification.
Written Communication: writes clearly and reads information.
Customer Service: strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
Adaptability: able to handle change and unexpected events.
Judgment: sound and accurate judgment.
Physical Demands: stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Engage in development of property level financial and operational goals.
Assist day-to-day activities including supervising staff, processing reports, scheduling, and training.
