SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks an Assistant Operations Manager in McLean, VA to support daily parking operations, client relations, and financial/operational goals. The role involves scheduling staff, supervising frontline teams, and ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines across the location.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and at least six months of parking experience, with availability for second/third shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate.
• A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work shifts may vary, including second/third shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Support development of property-level financial and operational goals.
• Schedule staff, supervise frontline staff, prepare month-end reports, and manage cash handling tasks.
• Assist with customer inquiries and maintain parking equipment and general maintenance as directed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Support other duties as needed by the Facility Manager.
