Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an entry-level Parking Attendant in Atlanta to support daily parking operations and client relations. You will assist in supervising frontline staff, handle deposits, and help ensure service quality within contractual guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, adaptability, and safe operation of parking equipment; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required; six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: clear; Written communication: clear and informative.
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability to changes in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring parking operations comply with contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities including customer interaction, closing reports, deposits, staffing, and training of frontline staff.
• Prepare month-end reports and audit cashier shift reports.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
