Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring at US-VA-DULLES for a location attendant to assist in daily parking operations, ensure service within contractual guidelines, and help present a professional image to clients.

You will support customer interactions, supervise frontline staff, help with deposits and reports, and assist with maintenance and safety tasks under the Facility Manager. Availability for various shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location.
• Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities including: ensuring appropriate customer interaction, supervising frontline staff, preparing month-end reports, auditing daily cashier shift reports, monitoring time cards, hiring and training frontline staff, reviewing damage claims, and assisting with annual budget.
• Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
