Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is hiring for SP+, an artificial intelligence driven parking network, in Atlanta. You will direct customers to available spaces, count vehicles, and help keep the lot clean and presentable.

Responsibilities include patrolling the garage, handling requests from customers, and assisting the Facility Manager with maintenance tasks. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or minimal related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol garage levels on foot or using carts.
• Assist customers in locating their vehicle and answer questions.
• Maintain punctuality and wear uniform.
• Direct customers to the Facility Manager if needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or hazards to the Facility Manager.
