You will support the Operating Director as second-in-command, oversee client care quality, and liaise with Home Base to ensure consistent service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office operations and scheduling oversight to ensure coverage.
• Coach and support staff; conduct performance reviews and development.
• Oversee client care quality and escalate issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding steps, and staff oversight for growth.
• Maintain documentation in line with policies and state requirements.
