Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Roseville, CA, is seeking an Assistant Operating Director (AOD) to lead in-office operations and staff development. You’ll oversee scheduling, client care quality, and communications with Home Base, while supporting the Operating Director as the second-in-command.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management within healthcare or home care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office operations and oversee scheduling, staffing, and client care quality.
• Onboard and train new office managers; conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins and performance reviews.
• Share on-call rotation with office leadership and manage payroll notes and operations updates.
• Maintain documentation in line with Cornerstone policies and state requirements.
