Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Westerville, OH to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will manage rent collections, leasing, maintenance, and staff supervision to optimize cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling receivables, addressing delinquency, and implementing resident retention initiatives while coordinating with on-site teams for smooth operations

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred or 2 years in housing industry.
• Ability to perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Post payments and income for residents and applicants accurately and timely.
• Reconcilie daily accounts receivable and monitor bad debt.
• Supervise onsite staff, leasing activities, and ensure compliance with policies.
