Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will lead the on-site team, ensure rent collection and budget adherence, and supervise leasing, maintenance, and risk management.

The role requires high integrity, the ability to enforce fair housing guidelines, and effective communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: post payments, reconcile receivables, and manage charges.
• Personnel Management: supervise onsite staff and ensure training and compliance.
• Strategic Leasing Management: implement leasing and marketing plans; drive renewals and closures.
• Administrative Management: oversee operations, maintenance, and vendor oversight.
