Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare, Inc. is seeking a highly engaged Assistant Office Manager with strong business acumen. The role involves developing a patient-focused team and ensuring effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).

You'll need previous medical office and leadership experience, ability to maintain good working relationships, and assist in day-to-day operations. The position requires proof of identity and the right to work in the United States, along with skills in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or equivalent.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location.
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team members positively and communicate changes supportively.
• Assist with executing day-to-day operations of the office.
• Assist leading the office by providing focused support and coaching.
• Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager.
