Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED completed; associate degree a plus.
  • Experience in office administration, coordination, or customer support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Accurate data-entry, filing, and professional communication by phone, email, and in person.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience with billing, accounts payable/receivable, or basic payroll support is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and maintain an organized workplace.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails with courteous service to clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Prepare and maintain business records, reports, forms, and other documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Order supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Help onboard new employees and maintain personnel/training records.
  • Support management with special projects and process improvements.
  • Identify issues early and follow through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support daily office operations and help maintain an organized, professional workplace.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
