LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Emergency Department, ensuring quality patient care and efficient operations. You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff while managing staffing, budgets, and productivity, aligning care plans with assessments and treatments and supporting professional development.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's degree: 2-5 years experience; Bachelor's: 5-10 years; supervisory experience advantageous.
• Valid RN license.

Provides leadership and manages patient care within the Emergency Department, ensuring quality service and operational efficiency. Responsible for staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development, while overseeing departmental staffing, budgets, and productivity. Coordinates patient care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, ensuring they meet patients’ developmental and age-specific needs. Manages equipment maintenance, procurement, and statistical reporting to support department functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting performance reviews.

• Emergency Room or Critical Care experience is preferred.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
