Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee daily operations of the ED, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in Colorado.

You will supervise nursing staff, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor outcomes and documentation, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Previous Emergency Department nursing and leadership/management experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Emergency Department nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow.
