Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a dynamic department supervisor to lead emergency department patient care and staff operations in a fast-paced hospital setting in St. Louis.

You will oversee personnel, coordinate care plans, manage schedules, budgets, and drive operational excellence to ensure high-quality emergency services. RN licensed with 2–5 years of supervisory experience preferred, ER/ICU background advantageous.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• strongly preferred: emergency room or critical care background
