Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a hospital-based nurse leader to coordinate patient care, oversee ED staff, and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced emergency department.

You will lead staffing, manage performance, uphold clinical standards, and drive quality improvements while maintaining focus on compassionate patient care in Missouri.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; no experience required for entry-level.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
