Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced nurse leader to coordinate patient care in an emergency department setting. The role includes supervising staff, managing staffing and payroll, and ensuring adherence to departmental goals and policies.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/ASN (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–5 years of experience, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments such as ER or CCU.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in emergency room or critical care.
