Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred as indicated in qualifications.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Florida.
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills are required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications are listed as required or within six months of hire, per area.
• 3–5 years of RN experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and clinical expertise to staff in assigned area.
• Assist Nurse Manager with hiring, firing, and periodic employee evaluations; coordinate orientation.
• Assist in budgeting and performance improvement activities for department.
• Promote positive customer service and patient-centered care on the nursing unit.
