Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Florida licensure to practice nursing and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP/STABLE certifications as required by units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and professional nursing practice on assigned unit(s).
• Handle hiring, firing, and performance evaluations; orient new staff.
• Manage cost center budgets and mentor junior managers; drive improvement initiatives.
