Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager for the Acute Care unit. The role covers night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on the LMH PCU, leading a 3x12 schedule and coordinating patient flow with Administrative Supervisors and Care Coordinators.

Require BSN, Florida RN license, and BLS; leadership experience in acute care is preferred. This is a full-time leadership role with strong emphasis on safety, performance, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN; acute care preferred.
• Florida RN license or NLC required.
• BLS certification required.
• Area certifications preferred; unit dependent.
• May require ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC depending on patient population.

Responsibilities
