Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPIs (sales, plan attainment, conversion, exam growth, retention).
• Translates retail insights into positive sales and market understanding.
• Leads and develops team in partnership with Store Manager.
• Provides timely feedback and supports staff development.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relations with doctors and promotes policy compliance.
• Performs administrative duties and works flexible hours including nights and weekends.
