Job summary

LensCrafters in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in the absence of the Store Manager and drive key performance metrics across sales, service, and operations. You will coach the team, implement visual standards, and support exceptional patient experiences.

This role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced optical care environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills and experience with cash registers.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong selling and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality & improvement to exceed all KPIs including Comp Sales, Conversion & Customer Count.
• Lead and develop store team in partnership with Store Manager.
• Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors and customers.
• Handle administrative duties and flexible scheduling.
