Job summary

LensCrafters in Fresno, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to act as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and driving performance against KPIs such as sales, conversion, and customer count.

You will coach and develop a team, ensure policy compliance, manage scheduling (including nights and weekends), and maintain a welcoming store environment while delivering excellent service to patients and customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience with direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Solid math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
• Good command of English for written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager and owns store responsibilities.
• Drives key KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, and store profitability.
• Leads and coaches team members; provides feedback and development.
• Maintains visual standards and ensures shop cleanliness and organization.
• Manages scheduling, including nights and weekends, and oversees operations.
