Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Serviceable Assistant Manager to lead in the absence of the Store Manager and to act as a business owner for the store. You will drive key performance metrics, support recruiting, and guide a team in delivering exceptional vision care and customer service.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining store standards, and coordinating with doctors and retailers to maximize sales and patient satisfaction. A state-optician license and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong command of English for written and spoken communication.
• Proven ability to solve problems and provide customer service.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in absence of Store Manager and act as business owner for the store.
• Drive KPI performance: sales, conversion, traffic, and profitability.
• Support recruiting and staff development; provide training and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures; maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with doctors, lab, and retail teams to maximize results.
• Assist with scheduling and visual merchandising as directed.
