Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is looking for a store manager to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

The role includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training course, performance metrics, and responsibilities from financial controls to customer service and regulatory compliance. Base pay with commission and bonus opportunities reflect your leadership impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
