Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead a 5-week training program, hire and develop staff, and foster a positive environment for customers and team members. You will drive sales through effective leadership, coaching, and exceptional service.

Qualified applicants will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities in a retail tanning setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
