Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager-in-training to lead daily operations and staff development. You will participate in a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics and be responsible for hiring and coaching team members while maintaining a welcoming store environment for customers.

You will also analyze daily sales data to maximize revenue, ensure compliance with safety and banking requirements, and manage labor, inventory, and maintenance costs to keep the store

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
