Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager-in-training or store manager to lead daily operations in a busy location. The role includes supervising staff, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and banking requirements.

A 5-week training course is required with performance metrics. The position offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, with starting pay of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• This position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and build a positive team environment.
• Capable of standing, bending and walking for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Must be 18 years or older and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
