Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, uphold standards, and mentor team members in a fast-paced tanning and wellness environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, the ability to motivate others, and physical stamina to stand and lift. Starting pay is competitive with commission and bonus opportunities, plus benefits.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
