Job summary

Ambrosia QSR is seeking an Assistant Manager to support operations at our Salem location. You will supervise team members, train staff, and coordinate shifts that align with the General Manager’s schedule to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1‑2 years in fast-paced food or retail management, Serv Safe certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires open availability, a full-time schedule, and adherence to safety and

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain a working cell phone and communicate via text, phone calls and emails.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment with shifting priorities is a plus.
Engage in hands-on leadership with growth and development of people.
Be able to coach and develop a diverse group of people from different backgrounds.
Demonstrate the core Cultural Foundations of Energy, Engagement, Empathy and Execution.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop team members while following training plans and systems.
Coordinate pre-shift and safety committee meetings with the team.
Lead by example and foster a guest-first mindset and outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and timekeeping.
Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment and report concerns to GM and HR.
