Job summary

Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, guest service, staff development, and profitability. This full-time role leads the team, ensures food safety, quality control, and adherence to company policies, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include training and mentoring managers and staff, scheduling, enforcing policies, managing labor and inventory, and maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv Safe training & certificate required.
• Prior experience with a POS System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff, following training plans and company systems.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies, including compliance with laws and local regulations, such as work breaks, timekeeping, and minor management responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time as required.
• Oversee food safety and other safety protocols and ensure postings are visible.
