Qualifications

• ServSafe training and certificate.
• Prior POS system experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop team members per plans and procedures.
• Coordinate pre-shift, safety, and team meetings.
• Lead with guest-first service and high standards.
• Ensure compliance with break, labor, safety and scheduling laws.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment and report concerns.
• Monitor guest experience and respond to issues professionally.
