Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards. You will be cross-trained across departments to support staff and deliver a memorable guest experience.

The position leads through the Management Accreditation Program and offers opportunities for advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of service. Strong leadership and excellent guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Alcohol service training for roles handling alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain regular attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and enforce policies.
• Cross-train across departments to support staff.
• Train and coach team members in their duties.
• Prepare admin and special reports for the General Manager.
• Oversee customer service and guest interactions to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Enforce safety, dress code, and cleanliness standards across theatre.
