As part of the Management Accreditation Program you can progress to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond; requires completion of core courses, availability for flexible hours, and strong leadership and communication skills to coach team members daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific roles.
• Ensures superior customer service and operates across theatre departments.
• Monitors safety, security, and cleanliness throughout the theatre.
