You will lead by example on sales generation, coach associates, and uphold our People-First philosophy while ensuring a positive, inclusive environment and timely resolution of service issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Superior critical thinking to identify challenges and develop action plans.
• Great time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 2–3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain adequate staffing on the sales floor and role-model selling and service.
• Coach staff to reinforce customer service principles and improve performance.
• Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Foster a fair, respectful environment per People-First philosophy.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly via client information reporting system.
