Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences with a white-glove service mindset in-store and at customers’ homes.

The role includes coordinating deliveries, pickups, and installations, while maintaining an inviting, clean retail environment. Requires 1–3 years in retail or related field and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a ‘white glove’ approach.
• Handle deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading, and installation of products.
• Merchandise the store to maintain an inviting, clean environment for customers and coworkers.
