Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow rental sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes.

The role includes managing deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and supporting growth through new business while upholding safety and service standards. You will be part of a team with a strong culture and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with white-glove service.
• Handle deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness.
