Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Shelby, NC is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and at customers' homes. You will help expand our customer base and ensure a smooth rental process with a focus on white-glove service.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service with sales exposure, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy items. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule and company benefits.

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience with sales exposure.
• Experience handling rental agreements is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in-store and at customers' homes.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups, loading/unloading and product installation per procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean and organized store environment for customers and staff.
