Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in Wisconsin. You will drive sales growth through rental agreements while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting in-home deliveries and installations.

The role also involves merchandising duties, ensuring an inviting store environment, and coordinating pickups with a focus on safety and quality service. This position offers full-time hours with a stable schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products following safety and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
